Our experienced, multilingual team (English, Portuguese and Italian spoken) takes pride not only in beautiful results, but in how you feel throughout your visit and afterwards. We listen carefully, offer honest, expert advice, and tailor every appointment to you – whether you’re here for a transformative colour, a precision cut and finish, or results-driven skin and body treatments.

We’re committed to ongoing care, too: if something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, we invite you to get in touch so we can review it together and do our best to put it right. At Vita, you’re never “just” a booking – you’re a guest we look after before, during and after your appointment.

Refund policy

Complaints, Corrections & Refunds

At Vita Hair & Beauty Clinic, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can help.

Our preferred solution is always to offer a correction appointment, where we can assess the result in person and make any necessary adjustments.

Please note:
  • Refunds are not automatically offered.
  • We do not issue refunds based on photos or messages alone.
  • An in-salon assessment is required before any refund decision can be made.
